Operations is Douglas
Grama who comes from many successful years in the entertainment business. As
chief creator and operator of the legendary D&D Recording Studios, for
twenty years Doug oversaw the successful releases or countless classic
recordings for some of today's biggest stars as well as designing, building and
maintaining a three room facility in Manhattan. In addition to recording
records for others, D&D expanded into relationships with all of the major
labels and released over 30 records worldwide. Douglas spearheaded all aspects
of producing commercial records form initial conceptualization to release as
well as marketing and sales partnering with Sony, Arista, V2, KOCH, Priority,
K-tel etc. Doug's insight, understanding of the growing technology and long
term vision, combined with his 20 years experience of business experience has
and will make a huge impact on QuikSek's growth for years to come.

Don has over 18 years of sales leadership, consulting,
and entrepreneurial experience in a variety of outsourcing programs, professional services,
new business development, and building new sales teams.
With TCS, Don had responsibility for Healthcare
sales including new logos. He led a team of seven senior sales executives, eleven solution architects,
financial modeler, business development manager, and a project manager focusing on leveraging the global
delivery model. Prior to joining TCS, Don was VP of Sales and Business Development for Wipro Health Science,
a professional consulting firm with a focus on Business Process Outsourcing and offshore delivery of IT solutions.
Don has expertise in all phases of the outsourcing lifecycle, including strategic positioning, opportunity development,
value proposition, contract negotiation, and transition. Combined, Don has over 8.5 years with 2 of the leading
offshore IT Systems Integrators. Prior to Wipro, Don also worked for over 7 years with Dictaphone
Corporation out of Stratford, CT. Don focused his efforts in both healthcare and Legal markets
where he demonstrated the ability to demonstrate ROI for both markets. He introduced a cost-effective
sales process for qualifying, contacting, and negotiating contracts with prospective customers.
With Dictaphone, Don was elevated to Regional Sales Manager, and personally handled the
Midwest with a small sales team reporting into him. He was responsible for leading the sale of
centralized dictation solutions for seven consecutive years, displacing many major competitors.
Don currently resides in Hampton, NH with his wife Trish, their daughter Katarina age 10,
son Aaron age 8 & daughter Brianna age 5.

A manager who became an entrepreneur - he has over 30 years of experience in
managing small and large businesses on a global basis. A founder member of
NASSCOM, a serial entrepreneur, he has started leading edge firms in IT,
Retailing and BPO, apart from introducing franchising in India.
In his last assignment, Prakash was heading the US operations for IT outsourcing
for ITC, one of India's largest conglomerates.
A MBA from IIM Calcutta, he has attended Harvard Business School and is
regularly sought after by the media circuit.

JK is our technology guru. He owns a software consulting firm
and has been a part of various entrepreneurial
ventures in Computer Retailing and Training.
He was a part of the founding team that launched SIFY as the first Indian ISP on
NASDAQ, which has now become one of India's leading Internet companies.
JK is engineer from IIT Madras and a MBA from IIM Calcutta.
