How do I dictate instructions?
You are assigned a specific telephone number that will connect you to
the QuikSek server.
Just dial this number and dictate your instructions or use the QuikSek online recorder.

How do I dictate instructions that are associated with another written document, form or template?
Upload your
templates and scanned images of written/corrected documents
(which will be assigned a specific ID number) to the QuikSek server. Refer to the
template ID number when dictating and our secretaries will link
it with your instructions. |
How do I upload templates, forms and written documents?
Log into the QuikSek server using your login ID and Password. Click on the Upload button and follow the instructions on the screen to upload templates, scanned document files, etc. from your system to our server. |
I mark my corrections on an existing document and give it to my secretary
to prepare. How do I do this on QuikSek?
Simply fax the document
to
us. This document is then forwarded to the secretarial staff assigned to
you for production. |
What is QuikSek’s normal turnaround time?
Our regular service ensures that all tasks submitted to us (either through dictation, document upload or Fax) are transcribed and sent back to you by e-mail before the start of the next work day.
